Tours Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the provision of private guided tours by Maria Angel Manovel Ibáñez, VAT ID 10059139C, based at Burgos Street 1, 1st Left Floor, Bilbao, Spain, and her registered collaborators.

2. Booking and Reservations:

• a. To reserve a private tour, clients must contact M’Angel Manovell via phone at +34 622 689 740 or email at reservations@dinamiktours.eus to check availability and make arrangements.
• b. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by M’Angell Manovell.
• c. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure the reservation, with payment details provided upon booking confirmation.

3. Private Guided Tours:

• a. M’Angel Manovell or registered collaborators will conduct private tours as agreed upon with the client.
• b. Tours may include additional services such as bike rental, transfer rental, or museum tickets, which must be requested and confirmed in advance.
• c. Any changes to the tour itinerary or additional services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment:

• a. Payment for private tours and any additional services must be made in full prior to the tour date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• b. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon by both parties.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

• a. Cancellations made by the client must be communicated to M’Angel Manovell in writing.
• b. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled tour date may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment, as determined by M’Angel Manovell.
• c. In the event of cancellation by M’Angel Manovell due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.

6. Liability:

• a. M’Angel Manovell and registered collaborators will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during the tour.
• b. Clients participate in tours at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
• c. M’Angel Manovell and registered collaborators will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour, except where negligence can be proven.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao, Spain.

8. Acceptance of Terms: By booking a private tour with M’Angel Manovell, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
